I resolved it by doing this.
1 Go on desktop
2 Right click -> Nvidia control pannel
3 3D settings managment -> Program setting
4 Select the program (WRC 8) or add it if it’s not in the list
5 Select the Nvidia high performance GPU and the integrated one

if you have problems with the language, right click on the properties icon and destination place this (leave space after the quotes)

I installed the new update 1.3 over the update 1.1.0. and after this the game crashes on loading screen. Before the last update worked perfectly. I had to uninstall the whole game and then reinstall with update 1. 1.0. and everything was fine again. Does any know any solution?
