Ayumi, the gorgeous gun and sword-wielding treasure hunter, sets out on a journey to an ancient island in search of new adventures. While rich in bounty, the island is also filled with the magic of Chaos, being at the same time home to blood thirsty monsters. With a host of colorful characters, eye-popping visual appeal, tons of treasure and a huge variety of combat skills to master, Blades of Time will bring just as much fun and satisfaction both to gamers that are new to the action adventure genre and to experienced players.
Key features:
- Time Rewind. The ability to rewind time will help Ayumi to solve different puzzles and fight with armies of monsters.
- Meetings and encounters. While traveling Ayumi is sure to meet lots of cuddly, funny and mysterious characters. Each of them will make a contribution to the story of the blonde’s risky adventures.
- Beautiful in-game world. The world of the game is packed with a variety of fantastic landscapes. Here players can find everything: from snowy valleys to dense jungle, ancient cities and temples and even sky islands.
- Martial arts. Over 40 different combo attacks as well as spells of different magic schools will help Ayumi to defeat all the enemies that stand in her way.
- Precious time. Ayumi’s ability to speed herself up in no time will help her to catch up with enemies, flee from her pursuers and travel all over the in-game world, making use of its unique landscape features.
- Coop and PvP are available in the special "Outbreak" mode.

wait….”Ayumi”? As in X-Blades Ayumi?
Exacly the One.. Or so I believe.
Yes, it’s the same Ayumi. Blades of time is the spiritual successor of X-Blades. But the point is: There’s something new/fixed? cuz this game is pretty old and had some terrible bugs. Also anyone eventually got a save with all runes(including the ones for what you need online)? I was not able to find one so far (nor a cheat to have them).
@X,
You can find a 100 % Save Game file at SaveGame World for Blades Of Time here: http://www.savegameworld.com/pc-blades-time-savegame/
Scroll down on the site’s page until you see a Red Download button. Click on it to get the savegame file that will be in zip archive format.
Extract the zip, and inside the two folders will be the following files for the savegame:
hotkey.blk
profile.blk
save00.blk
settings.blk
Copy the above files that I listed and paste them into the following directory path location:
C: \ users \% user name% \ appdata \ Local\BladesOfTime
NOTE: To get to this directory path location, click on Windows Start button, type Run into the search field and press Enter on your keyboard. Type the following into the Run command window:
%appdata%
Press on the Enter key on your keyboard or click on the OK button.
Then, click on AppData at the top of the Windows address bar, and open the Local folder, and then open the BladesOfTime folder and paste the copied savegame files into it.
Keep in mind that any progression that you made with your old savegame data will be overwritten and replaced with the New 100 % SaveGame that you will be copy and pasting into the BladesOfTime folder that I listed above.
If you want to keep a backup of your old SaveGame data, you should do that before you replace and overwrite any existing files that are already there with the New SaveGame.
So create a new folder named Blades Of Time Old SaveGame Backup (or whatever else you wish to name it), and then keep that folder in a place where you can easily find it, if you wish to go back to using your old SaveGame again.
Restoring your old savegame works in the same manner as replacing and overwriting the files in the save location and directory path that is listed above. All you need to do is use the copy and paste method, and ensure that all 4 files are copied and pasted over into the correct location and folder.
Then just simply launch your game, load up the old or the New 100 % SaveGame (whichever one you chose to replace and use), pick a point to start the game off in, and you should have all the outfits and other things acquired in the game to use at your disposal.
Regarding this GOG, DRM Free version of the game, there are two versions of it offered.
There is the Standard version which just includes the main game without the DLC content, Artbook, or Game OST.
Then, there is the Blades Of Time – Limited Edition, which includes the main game, the Dismal Swamp DLC, the Original Soundtrack, and the Artbook.
If you do not have the extra content for the game including the DLC, I wouldn’t mind sharing it by request only. I have the limited edition version, and can share the extra content and DLC if a request is made for it here.
So if you or anyone else would like it, feel free to make that request.
tekmarvl could you upliad the extra content and the dlcs please, I have the old version of the game and the game in the xbox 360 but i not played the game yet, i like play the game with all extras, thanks for the favor
Hey 1st of al thanks for the answer, and sorry for the late reply, i figured just now. I am already aware of the process you listed, but thanks anyway. iirc i already used that savegame you linked me and it isn’t the one with all the runes, including the online ones, that’s what i care the most. I already finished the games multiple times and it’s just those damn online runes that i have no way to get.
I managed to hack the game to get all runes. So i’m done.
