If you get an error about 3 files not updated in Support folder - run Sims 4 Updater again. GUI tool for updating/repairing your The Sims 4 game to the newest available version (1.68.154.1020). Just select installation folder, press Update and wait. It uses xdelta patches and full files to make sure the download is as small as possible. Updating from 1.47.49.1020 to 1.58.69.1010 was under 2.5GB (+ 4.48GB of DLCs released between those two versions). -- Available modes: Update - updates the game. Checks only those files that could have changed. Uses the hashsum cache - if file size and modification date match those from the cache then the file hashsum is not calculated. Update + Force check files - same as above but skips the hashsum cache. Repair - repairs the game. Checks all game files. Skips the hashsum cache. Any of the above + Download only - downloads the update but doesn't apply it. Useful when you want to update the game on multiple PCs. Once done copy the whole folder with Sims 4 Updater to another PC and run it again with "Download only" unchecked. The Updater can download DLCs too. But if you want to download absolutely as little as possible use the Updater for updating the game and my repack for installing DLCs. The updater can even download the whole game but don't do it, use some repack instead, download size will be much smaller. I updated the game with the updater and after that I can’t start the game anymore.
Why can’t you do like Codex and just give us the file to copy paste in the game directory. This is so efficient and I never had any problem with that.

then i copied the game folder from the updater to the sims 4 directory
after that i could run the game but then i lost my worlds?

Hey first of all thanks for the update! Now.. I’m having a problem loading the new world…When I try to start a game on Mt. Komorebi, instead of loading the world map it simply removes all the options and i get stuck on a blank “select a world” screen. The game doesn’t crash or anything, I can always go back to the home menu. Every other world is loading normally, it’s just the new one that won’t load. Any ideas of whats going on?
