Recommended application is WinCDEmu. WinCDEmu is an open-source mount emulator and supports portable.

How to Mount BIN CUE and Other Disc Images on Windows

The crack folder can be found inside the iso file.

Run the game and change the language from the options.

The second method:

Open the .ini file and change the “Language=” line.
