First install the latest version winrar. Offical download site v5.61 –> https://www.rarlab.com/download.htm
Please perform the following steps.
1- File explorer > View > Activate the “File name extensions” box. —> https://imgur.com/a/72KfnHl
2- Extract the “sg1453-P3S2O19ypc.part1.rar” – Right Click > Extract Here (after extract)
3- Extract the “cpy-pes2019.r00” – Right Click > Extract Here
Now you can install the game with the .iso file.

I am getting issues with crack.. it says that it is not possible to download as torrent is not valid “BEncoding”
