I finally updated this game but the keys 11-15 don’t appear on the list of customization partner
i downloaded the latest game and still it say that i don’t have the data,cpk
it is normal that the update installation crashes (data.cpk.cdx_newfile)
i have downloaded the setup for the new dlc but the setup gets stuck in data.cpk newfile how can i fix this?

For the ones having issues with data.cpk.cdx_newfile, normally it’s normal for this file to take 15-30 minutes to install depending on your CPU.
If you however, like me, seem to be stuck endlessly for over an hour or two, I suggest you redownload the entire game and patch it that way. The save data for the game is stored elsewhere, meaning you will not lose any data you had before. The only loss will be mods you have installed. I suggest you look all these mods up (LB Mod Installer mods are in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2\data\LB Mod Installer, XV2INS mods are to be seen in XV2INS\xv2ins.exe) and re-download these mods as well to re-mod your game.
I’ve done another run this time I let my PC run for 7 hours it stay idle with trying update 1.17……cant you guys post full release of 1.17 this update not working keep stuck on( data.cpk_newfile ) for freaking 7 hours when I try cancel the installer misbehavior the cancel button dissapear into white.
How many time do I need to clean reainstall game it still not working this must’ve to do with your installer update pls.
Make full release 1.17 it been 2 month already I cant update the game installer update keep crashing.

It has come to my attention, and my mistake, that there is no seperate download for 1.17 yet. That is my bad. However from what I’m seeing, removing all my mods and letting the update run overnight seems to have worked for me. It just takes a lot of time.

First of all the Ads already freaking annoying a scam ads second the update not working fully I waited 5 hours the update not even once move.
Why you use 32bits installer on 64bits game I never mod my game, the install update should be around 20 min or less because only 1.95 GB.
I waited max 5 hour return check my PC the update not moving it stuck on newfile I wasted 5 hours letting the PC run for nothing reinstall my game more than 20 times now.
