for those who are having difficulty finding saves
look for your saves in game save paths
example:
C:\Users\”your user “\AppData\LocalLow\Gameloft\Disney Dreamlight Valley : “steam_ with multiple numbers or microsoft”
make a new game to generate a new folder
then copy all the files from inside the previous folder and put everything in the new folder

Hi, i’ve downloaded both this and previously the Scar update but when I start a new game I get stuck on the loading screen. The loading bar goes almost until the end but doesn’t move any further. I also moved my saved files to this game folder and when I press “continue” a pop up appears with “Game Initialization Error #7”.
What can I do to fix any of this?
Hi, is this just for the update? do I have to download the original file? Once I turn on the game, it says, “Failed to retrieve your steam account. Please check your network connection and be sure to launch the game from the stream.” Could you help me to solve this issue?
