to everyone asking how to start the game: you need a real steam account , open crack folder and copy the files and replace in root game folder, then locate Dying Light 2-InsaneRamZes\ph\work\bin\x64 and look for the exe game file , then add it to your steam library and that’s it !

Should’ve noted that it only includes English and Russian language. Those language packs are very low like less than 10 MB each, have no idea why they were removed.
