Game will not run, get stuck at the very beginning when trying to open up the door. It won’t open

Autentication pops up after finishing tutorial, stuck in a room and can’t do anything.

Get the gun, leave the first room, shoot the tutorial zombies, get in the truck and then it attempts to authenticate.
