This release works but needs little work: 1. installer creates desktop shortcut and it doesn’t work, delete it. 2. create three advanced firewall rules, all .exe files in game (in win64 directory if your os is 64bit) directory, block them totally in AND outgoing firewall rules (really, both, either game doesn’t start). 3 create your own desktop shortcut to ConSim2USPE.exe and run it administrator -mode.
If you create / use “simple” firewall rule in windows, game doesn’t start. You really need create advanced firewall rules in windows and block all 3 exes and really both: in AND outgoing rules.
