@jan try reinstall directx! i don’t try install this game, but normaly in the part final of the instalation, they ask for you if you want run the directx!!
The directx is a program, it install some archives to make you pc run the game correctly!!
or, try uninstall and install again, or find in the google the directx11 or 12, download it and install!
or maybe you just forget of crack the game!! is very easy, you can see some tutorial in youtube!

u will find a folder named SKIDROW with the setup, copy the contents of it and paste it in the game directory
