It really depends on how the updates are formatted. Some updates might not be compatible with previous versions due to file changes, large sizes etc. Fitgirl’s FFVII Remake repack links TENOKE’s updates so if they use similar update systems it shouldn’t matter who you download it from. To be safe i’d wait for fitgirl but if you want to play now download the other version, it’ll probably have more seeders 🙂
