Finally resolved the issue!!!
1. Uninstall your current installation
2. Install again using Codex’s installer, but DO NOT check the checkbox for copying the crack content
3. Apply patch 133 8511 + DO NOT copy the crack
4. Apply patch 137 587 2 + DO NOT copy the crack
5. Apply patch 141 192 2 + DO NOT copy the crack
6. Copy the 4 files provided in https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lyeh2kSM0xA
7. Register the game using Add-AppxPackage AppXManifest.xml -register
8. Launch the game from the start menu
The only downside seems to be that the DLCs are gone

Man ive tried everything to make this work it just start up and then crashes anyone have any insight ive am exausted.
The game uninstalls automatically after installation. Windows defender is however uninstalled. The antivirus is disabled. I am in developer mode. I’m on windows 10 1909. I don’t understand. Can you help me?
1° Download the game + Updates
2° Activate the developer mode!
3° Install game and Update the game to version 1.141!
4° when the game is up to date, copy the crack to the game folder and replace.
5° Open the PowerShell in the start menu as Administrator, and put the cd command “G:\Games\Forza Motorsport 7\AppFiles”
(Copy the folder of your game) and now paste the command
Add-AppxPackage -register AppxManifest.xml
Wait and then close
6°on some antivirus there is multiple protection deactivating it is not enough
For me on bitdefender I had to put all exception
antivirus-active protect-threat online
