Hey man i just run the game using the Bannerlord.Exe but there is an errro popping up it says “unable to initialize steam API’

Can you help me with this?

Hello guys i can run the game but whenever i tried to save the crashes? What should i do? i just donwloaded and exracted the game i feel i forgot to do soemthing.
