error 0xc0000005 here or just it make nothing, unable to start any of the games 1.2.3, launcher start, but nothing happens on selecting the game, w10 and kis 21, other games works perfectly, codex and not pirated ones.

Thanks, the problem was with firefox, blocks the popup windows that filecrypt create.
