The Audio ans Stuttering cannot be fixed until the Devs of this game release a patch to fix it.
And they are quite aware of the issues.

I already have everything setup the way tekmarvl recommended and I still have Audio issues, stuttering etc etc etc.
The Devs are working on a fix and they are quite aware of the issues this game has.
