If you downloaded but nothing changed its because you didn’t download https://filecrypt.cc/Container/DB28676FA2.html. After You have download click extract here using Winrar. Then go in the folder [ One.Piece.Pirate.Warriors.4.Update.v1.0.3.1.incl.DLC-CODEX ] AND extract [ One.Piece.Pirate.Warriors.4.Update.v1.0.3.1.incl.DLC-CODEX ] HERE. Then click on Update folder and run Setup. If you read this you need to pay attention.
