I downloaded game from zippyshare links part by part and extract with no problems. Mounted in deamon tool and install on system drive with no errors // unchecked option in install window to apply crack //. After finish install open mounted drive and istall directx and visual cc and apply crack . EMP.dll file is not virus! just allow it in windows defender and block game to go online in windows firewall. Start game like administrator and wait for 1 or 2 min. on black screen.That is all for me game is working fine i played for 15min. no crash for now. Try it !!!

Hellooo for those one who have the space requirement error I can help through how randomly I solved. There are not many clues on the web how to do it but hear this:
Make sure your steam is installed. If goes to black screen try many times especially clicking inside the window as soon as it appears (before it closes), sometimes the game stays open, about the space requirement error, you should click close immediately right before the error!

For those having problem with “not enough space – 21mb”, create the following folder : C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\418370\remote\win64_save. It works for me.

if you have solution i take

Black screen on start, install Steam and start it once to update, you don’t need to login.

There is no need for Steam. Install the extra in image of the game if you don’t have them (DirectX and Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019) Also install latest drivers for your graphic card. After finish installations, restart PC and when you run the game and see a window with black screen press one time fast inside and wait. Of course need a firewall to block it from going online to. In game change resolution + add Full Screen and never have problems after all this again.

Has anyone solves the steam offline issue? I did everything (uninstall, install Steam, update etc) but nothing changed. I still get the message to launch the game in online mode for the first time (Steam). Thank yoy in advance.

After all this that i said i thought the problem solved because yesterday the game working good. Today after i wrote the above i wanted to play it and the game again doesn’t start. So…. it needs a proper crack to work. Please upload it if you find one and thanks a lot for everything.

After many tests after doing the above first the only solution i found is to run the game and if it run OK. If not restart PC and try again. If not restart PC and try again because if you just try to run one after another when it crash it will NEVER run. For now i can play it but we still need a fix.

If I run the game in Spanish I have a drop in frames, up to 10 fps in some scenes or places. In English audio it runs normal without fps drops. I don’t know if the same thing happens in other languages.

I installed the game but after restarting it my windows crashed non stop .. my audio driver was not working anymore and windows showing fake activation code,, anyways whole windows messed up and the pc keep on shutting down, i end up resetting the windows …. ITS a first time such thing happening .

in windows 10 ver 2004, I get a video codec decoder error and cannot play.Even after installing the K-Lite Codec Pack, it was impossible.

Dears download all files and install them once the installation is done just open “Game Folder” and you will see there a file name “Developer Message” just open it and agree to the terms and close it and start the game now the game will work fine…

Aboob solution doesn’t work to. The only solution i found at least until a new found is to run the game and if doesn’t run Restart PC and try again. If not… restart PC and try again. Don’t try to run it again after already try it without restart. It will never run like this. I tried to search the task manager if something of the game run there after failure to start but i saw nothing there to end it so i can try it again without restart. SO…. the only solution so far is what i say at start.

SamsungS1, I am playing so far with no issues just once I played “installer message.exe” and now am playing easily without any issue…

better to install the game in C: drive and SSD preferable…

Yes, can confirm this works for the Black Screen(game not initializing problem), thought it would be an install but it was just steam files, new .exe plus a new Empress .dll, so easy drag and drop stuff.

All right, I have a problem. The game, during normal actions or fights, runs perfectly, but whenever any cutscene happens or otherwise when any character speaks, the performance absolutely tanks, but the audio still keeps going at a normal pace. This is a disturbing problem, because it makes almost impossible to enjoy the story, sometimes I have to skip cutscenes because of how hard they lag. Does anybody have any idea what could be causing this and what i could do to fix it? I think we need a patch.

For the ones having problem at startup, when clicking on the launch icon and the game closes by itself after few seconds, I have found solution uninstalling the last version of Nvidia driver (Ihave Nvidia Geforce 750M) and installing the old version 368.81
