1) Have you tried looking for the latest driver version for your Graphics Card or GPU, and seeing if there might be a newer driver than the one you are currently using for either your NVIDIA or AMD card?

2) Are you using the latest .NET Framework for Windows? A lot of games rely on the .NET Framework to run properly. You can get the latest version directly from here:
https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-framework

The latest recommended version to use is: .NET Framework 4.8., which you can download and manually install yourself. If Windows determines that you already have 4.8 installed (providing that you have already received it from a Windows Update), then it will not install the .NET Framework 4.8 from the offline manual installer.
The offline manual installer will only install .NET Framework 4.8, if it doesn’t already exist on your system.

3) Games also depend on and require the latest versions of the MS Visual C++ Redistributables for both x86 and x64 Windows Architecture (your computer uses both of these), and determines which one to use for certain programs and games you have installed on your system, that need to make use of it.
So it is important to get the MS Visual C++ Redistributables only for the x86 and x64 for 2015 – 2019, which you can get directly from Microsoft here:

Only get the X86 and the X64 versions, do not get the ARM64, as it does not apply to your own Windows OS.

When manually installing the MS Visual C++ Redistributables for 2015 – 2019, if Windows tells you that a newer, or current version is already installed, it simply means that either Windows Update has automatically installed the needed and required versions for your system and Windows OS, or it did that at some point during the installation of your Windows OS.

4) If you are running a version of Windows 10 Home or Windows 10 Pro, check that your own build version is up to date. You can do this by going to Start Menu > Settings > Update & Security .
Click on Update & Security, allow Windows Updates to check for any needed or important updates. If it finds any, allow it to download and install, and don’t interrupt the process.
If one of the Updates it finds happens to relate to your Windows Build version, it will download and install it for your specific version of Windows.

You can also check your own current build version directly from the Windows Update screen by clicking on: OS build info (on the right side of the screen), which will then show you your current build version of Windows.
Look at the bottom of Windows Specifications. Then look at Version, and OS build.
For Windows 10 Home, the latest Version and OS build will appear like this:
Version: 20H2
OS Build: 19042.804

For Windows 10 Pro, the latest build version will be exactly the same as you see above.

Once you have everything you need, run your game then.

What Language are you looking to play the game in?

In order to change the Language to any of the available Languages you would like to play in, the first thing you need to do is to go to the drive where the game is installed to, and then navigate to the following directory path:
State of Decay 2 Juggernaut Edition\Engine\Binaries\ThirdParty\Steamworks\Steamv148\Win64

Open the Win64 folder, and look for this file:
steam_emu.ini

Use Windows Notepad, or Wordpad to open the steam_emu.ini up for Editing.
Once you have it open, look for the following:

### Language that will be used in the game

Language=english

change the Language=english

-to any of the following Languages of your choice that you will want to use:
Russian
Simplified Chinese
Portuguese – Brazil
Spanish – Latin America
German
French
Italian

Only change the default english to another language that the game itself actually supports.

Example:
Let’s say I want to change from English to French, I would do the following:
Language=french

-and, if I wanted to change the Language to something else like Portuguese – Brazil, I would do this:
Language=portuguese-brazil

After you have changed the Language to your own that you want to use in the game, don’t forget to save the changes you made to the steam_emu.ini, by clicking on File (from the top of Notepad or Wordpad), and then selecting Save, to save the changes.

Now, you can close either Notepad or Wordpad, (whichever one you were using), and launch your game.
Go into the game’s own settings, and go to the game’s Audio or Language settings. You will also need to change the Audio Language here, to the one you had changed earlier in the steam_emu.ini settings (which needs to be exactly the same as for the Audio Language that you will be using in the game).

In order for me to look into your specific issue with the game more closely, I will need to ask you a few questions to help troubleshoot the cause of your game crash.

1) When you first installed the game, did you temporarily disable Windows Defender or your Anti-virus?
Sometimes what will happen, is that Windows Defender or your Anti-virus will flag a game crack from a cracked game, and see it as a False Positive (not a real threat), to your system.
If something like that happens, you can go to your Windows Defender, and check the protection history.
Anything that may be flagged as a potential threat there, will be listed, so you will need to check what it shows there that resembles your game directory path of where the game is installed to, and then click on the drop down, and select Restore to original location. This will move back any crack files that were moved to Quarantine, back to it’s original place.

You can also make an exception rule to not scan the game directory of where the game is installed to with it’s cracked executable and cracked files, to prevent Windows Defender or your Anti-virus from moving it to Quarantine. You can do this for Windows Defender, by going into > Virus & threat protection > Virus & threat protection settings, click on Manage settings> scroll the page down until you come to Exclusions, and click on Add or remove exclusions. Click on the Add an exclusion button. Now, you browse to your game directory, select the game executable, or select the entire game directory path, and include it into the Exclusion list for Windows Defender.

You can pretty much do the same thing with any Anti-virus you may be using, along with Windows Defender, but you need to make exceptions in the Exclusion lists for both.

2) You only told me that you have an RX560, which is your Graphics Card (GPU), but you did not list the type of CPU you are using, so that really isn’t enough for me to tell if you have the System Specs that the game needs to run, or if you have enough memory (System Ram) for the game to support at Minimum System Game Requirements.
So I will kindly need you to list the following for me:
Your CPU type.
Your Memory (Installed Ram, and how much).
Your current Windows OS, and if using Windows 10 Home or Pro, please list the Version number and OS build. You can find these by going to Start> Settings, and from Windows Settings screen, click on System. On the left-hand side of the screen, click on About. Under Windows specifications, take note of the Version number and OS build of your Windows OS.

3) Did you notice when running the Setup installer for the game, any option that you could enable to install the crack for the game automatically? Most game installers for cracked versions of games will have this option. Did you maybe try to install the crack manually yourself? Was there a crack folder that came with the game? Did you Copy all contents from Crack folder, and Paste into your game directory?

You can not host, or play online multiplayer with a cracked game.

If you and your friend want to play multiplayer, then both of you need to own the retail version of the game.

The game itself is included with an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription, which is just one other way that you and your friend could play together, if you both have such a subscription through Microsoft’s Xbox Live services.

The reason you are getting that Pop Up App requirement about the MS-XBL Multiplayer, is because of the Xbox Live services that are a feature built into the Windows 10 OS, and it serves as part of Microsoft’s App Store, and Apps distribution service. So as soon as you attempt to launch, or even try to host a game with a friend of yours using a cracked version of the game, the MS Xbox Live from Windows 10 will kick in, and stop you short of making an attempt to play it online, because of…. well…. you know the rest.
