When i extract the .rar file it asks for a a password, what is it?

Update your winrar.
Winrar v5 minimum is required to extract files.
I am using that one, but as soon as I click on extract it says it needs a password
more specifically, a png file that’s in it is apparently encrypted

winRAR and 7Zip both tell me theres a corrupted file.
